MM:
How do you feel about skeptics?

Acorah: With regard to sceptics, everyone has a right to their own opinion. The only time that I object to them is when (as I've experienced myself) they "latch on" to you because you're in the public eye, and want to question/test you, on a tv program. OF COURSE, that smacks of publicity seeking for themselves, and not a genuine desire to prove or disprove spirit.

MM: When did you know you had abilities and how did you know?

Acorah: From the age of six when my grand father materialised before me.
He had been in the world of spirit for four years. I was unaware of what
I was actually experiencing until my grandmother, who was a medium
herself, explained what I had actually seen and heard.

MM: How do your abilities work?

Acorah: I look upon my work as a gift, rather than an ability. I open
myself up to spirit and communicate clairaudiently, chiefly with my main
guide Sam, but also with other souls from the spirit world when they
wish to pass on a message to their loved ones seeking proof of their
survival after physical death. I also see clairvoyantly - I see
spirit people and am also shown symbols which I interpret during the
giving off of messages from the spirit world. I am clairsentient -
which gives me "feelings about people and situations.

MM: How do you apply your gifts?

Acorah: I apply my gifts when requested to do so whether it be in a phone-in
situation on radio or television when I work off voice vibrations, or during a
private one-to-one sitting/consultation.

MM: What are your personal goals regarding paranormal research?

Acorah: My chief aim is to prove to people that there is a life after
physical death, whether this be in a private sitting situation, during
tv or radio programmes, or whether it is during an investigation of a site.

MM: What do think about other Team member's gifts?

Acorah: Although slight variables occur within the different team members'gifts, it is my opinion that this provides a well-rounded and solid basis for research in the field of the paranormal.

MM: What gives you the most satisfaction about the work you perform?

Acorah: Proving to people that their loved ones are not lost to them
forever, but are merely awaiting the time when they will be reunited.

MM: Are you ever afraid?

Acorah: No - because I have innate trust in my spirit guides and helpers,
and in an almighty power.

MM: What is your professional background?

Acorah: I have worked for 25 years as a professional Spirit Medium
before which, I was a professional footballer.

MM: Are there any times or situations that you feel you could be in danger?

Acorah: I feel no threat of danger from spirit.

MM: Name some examples of fraud that you've seen.

Acorah: I know of and have heard of certain people who are blatant frauds -
I can give you a list of names as they are in the UK, but that might not mean
anything to people in the US.

MM: Do you feel your teammates are ever in danger?

Acorah: No - we are all too well protected.

MM: Are there any aspects of the work you do that you feel or know, poses health problems?

Acorah: No.

MM: Do you read books regarding paranormal matters and if so, what kinds?

Acorah: I rely upon the world of spirit to provide the answers to any
questions I may have and don't feel the need to refer to books.

MM: What are some inaccuracies that have been printed about you?

Acorah:Apart from silly minor inaccuracies, e.g. age, etc., nothing
derogatory has been printed or said about me, as far as I'm aware.

MM: Should an investigator clear a property without consultation or permission?

Acorah: No.

MM: Have you ever been injured due to the work you perform?

Acorah: No.

MM: Any details about your life that may have shaped your decision to do this kind of work?

Acorah: I have been aware from a very early age and know now that my
footballing career was curtailed (through injury) purely to bring me on
to this pathway.

MM: How do you feel about people who make claims and/or copy you and why?

Acorah: People who make claims/copy to my mind are insecure about their own gifts and
do not have implicit trust in their guides and inspirers.
